Find a property you are interested in, you will then be taken to a quick customer form. From there you will be taken to a checkout page and can pay the down payment on our site (all payments on the site are done and secured through PayPal but we also accept other forms of payment).

SPEAK OUR TEAM MEMBER

​Once paid we will contact you within 24 hours and send you a Sale Agreement, Promissory Note, and an optional ACH form to sign and return by email. (All signing is done online using “DocuSign or Panda Doc”)
SIGN CONTRACT & MAKE PAYMENT

After the documents are signed and returned we will email you a copy with our signature so you have proof of transaction. The first monthly payment would then be due on the 1st of the month and following each 1st of the month after until paid off. These payments can be set up as automatic payments or sent out by email monthly through square.com or paypal.com

DEED DISTRIBUTION

We will then send you an Email requesting how you would like your name, address, etc. recorded on your new deed. We will immediately send your “Handy Vizion Real Estate Investing Land Package” to you through the mail which includes the maps of your new property, pictures, info, copy of the deed, along with everything else you will need regarding your new investment. We will then send the original deed to the County and pay all recording fees associated with this process. The county will mail the original deed directly back to you once it’s been recorded into your name
